One interface. The house keeps it when the internet drops.
We deploy Home Assistant as a service on your site. Devices you already have, and the ones we add, land on one dashboard. Cloud is a window, not the owner.
The Pi is the board. Each job is a virtual machine that plugs in like a card: Home Assistant first, then a file server, a VPN and backups when the site needs them. Recover one layer without gambling the box. Remote access has no monthly fee.

The timer and thermostat a lot of tanks already have. We add a path so it can wait for surplus solar or take a boost from a phone or a Victron GX.

Geyser control that lives on your LAN. Fits when you want the tank on the network without another cloud account.
Shelly
A relay and a temperature path on the circuit. Useful when hot water is part of a wider Home Assistant job.
Elon
Geyser control that already understands a solar site. We put it on the same job list as the rest of the house.

Bay Solar installs the solar solution. We do the automation.
Bay Solar
Bay Solar and Blue Dynamics are sister companies. Bay Solar designs and installs the Victron Energy system: MultiPlus or Quattro, MPPT charge controllers, batteries and the Cerbo GX. The plant, the warranty path and the electrical sign-off sit with them.
Blue Dynamics
Blue Dynamics programmes the Victron GX. We write Victron Node-RED scripts so geysers, pumps and other loads follow generation, state of charge and a job list. You run the site from the GX touchscreen and Victron VRM. The script stays in the background.

01 Site survey / consultation
Look
A site survey and a straight conversation. We take stock of the kit already on the wall, how the house is used and where it fights you. From there we work out how to automate what is already in place and what still has to be added.
